JAY W. MAYNARD is a sole practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. He has been an attorney for more than 40 years and has had broad ranging work experience in a number of legal fields. Mr. Maynard has served as a federal government attorney, including a position as Special Counsel for Legislation with the Executive Office of the President of the United States, and as a corporate attorney with Battelle Memorial Institute, where he served as General Counsel and Asst. General Manger of the Project Management Division. For the past 20 years, he has practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and commercial litigation. Mr. Maynard currently focuses his practice on the representation of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and in foreclosures. Mr. Maynard earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.
